The 1999 International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Processing Techniques and Applications (PDPTA’99) will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 28 – July 1, 1999. Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and soundness. All submissions will be reviewed by at least two referees. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
